The show will also be broadcast worldwide through GMA Pinoy TV and through livestreaming on YouTube. Name denotes the "Lunchtime Surprise!".

The show will celebrate its 38th year on television in the Philippines on July 29, 2017 holding the record as the longest running noontime program in television history in the Philippines.

The first franchise in the country is Eat Bulaga! Indonesia (New Eat Bulaga! Indonesia from 2014 to 2016), last seen on Indonesia's antv, and topped Indonesia's SCTV on July 16, 2012. Eat Bulaga! It became the first television show in the Philippines to become a franchise of another country.
