Runners-ups compete with Wonderland Miss International, Miss Tourism International, Miss Intercontinental, International Rayna of the Superintendents, Rayna of Tuig International and Miss Expo. One of the Miss Philippines titles, first named Miss Philippines Asia-change names from 1965 to 1983 for Miss Asia Quest.
It was then named Miss Asia Pacific Philippines for the Miss Asia Pacific Quest from 1984 to 2004. In 2005, Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines was named for Miss Asia Pacific Quest International. After 2006, the Miss Asia Pacific International pageant is the full and official scrap of the national champion despite competing internationally and holds for 3 years.
The winner of 2006 was sent to Miss Intercontinental 2007 and Miss Tourism Metropolitan International. Finally Mutya organizers won the Miss Philippines International title in 2008 as the winners and the second winner of the Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism.
In 2010, the highest award was awarded to Miss Philippines International Tourism and co-winners at Miss Philippines Intercontinental & Asia Pacific International.
