GGV Gandang Gabi Vice September 3, 2017 Sen. Leila De Lima is the Duterte administration after the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division's decision to grant the former Sen. Jinggoy Estrada in connection with the case of the plunderer for the alleged use of his Priority Developement Assistance Fund (PDAF).

De Lima also doubted the decision of the court where it said that the judiciary is introducing new procedures and doctrines to justify Duterte's wishes.

This is after the decisions favoring the Marcoses, the release of former Sen. Juan Ponce-Enrile, former President Gloria Arroyo and Estrada now, and Bong Revilla's possible pretext as Janet Lim Napoles.

As a result, Congress may decriminalize the plaintiffs with the plunder and revoke the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act as it is under the jurisdiction under Duterte's leadership.
De Lima raised doubts over the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division's decision to grant his petition for bail, an appeal the division junked last year under a different set of judges.

It is to be remembered that Estrada's first bail was dismissed by the court because of the alleged evidence but contrary to the present explanation of the Sandiganbayan.
