The Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service has set the hearing on September 19.
According to PNP-IAS Gen. Alfegar Tribambulo, such police officers may submit positions posed.
Triambulo explained that they will pursue cases based on evidence, record and position paper of respondents and prosecutors of IAS.
The agency decides the administrative case after 15 days.
They then submit their recommendation to PNP Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa.
The Sandiganbayan has already secured the petition for bail of former Senator Jinggoy Estrada according to a trusted source from the anti-graft court.
It was after the 3 votes from the Special Fifth Division for the senator's omnibus motion filed last September last year.
The source declined to name the three magistrates who voted in favor of the two who disagreed with the motion.
According to another source, the proposed bail for Estrada is P1 million for plunder and P330 for 11 counts of graft.
But Estrada's lawyer Alexis Abastillas-Suarez said that their camps have yet to receive a copy of their resolution.
