PGLW Pusong Ligaw September 19, 2017 | The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee today reversed the controversial infiltration of P6.4 billion shabu shipment to the Bureau of Customs (BOC) from China.

In hearing this morning, Senate committee chairman Richard Gordon announced that he would formally present tomorrow the report of the committee in connection with the Senate's gains on smuggling and Customs corruption.

According to Gordon, he has to make the formal report today but has withdrawn this tomorrow to add the report to the hearing today.

The senator pointed out that his committee report was almost complete with the investigation of the smuggling of Customs contraband and he was awaiting the update on the charges filed against the alleged involvement of the agency's counter-terrorism.

It includes officials, brokers, and some private individuals and entrepreneurs.
